Far in the distance the sun was changing color from a yellow to an orange and then to a red ball hanging over the horizon. The horizon was a long gray line broken once by the outline of a ship or a fisherman’s boat. Here lays the peace and tranquility that poets, writers, and artists alike try to capture in words and paint.
